My Review: BEST album of 2007!!! maybe the best album ever.... __________________________________________________ Best Song: oh...so hard :/ um. between minnow and the trout/you picked me/whisper/near to you Best Lyric: that is unfair. i have far too many. Worst Song: hah. no such thing. Best Music Video: rangers. so delightful :) What or who this album makes me think of: the better question is what does it NOT make me think of! this album touches on so many topics..heartache, death, happy times, and even animals!! I LOVE LOVE LOOOOVEEE this album! it relates to everyone and anything, and somehow makes you feel as if the album was only made for you. ah...LOVE :D |
My Review: The whole album is simply amazing... One of the most beautiful lyrics i have ever heard sang by one of the most angelic voices i have ever heard. __________________________________________________ Best Song: Whisper Best Lyric: Eager to please, Trying to be what they need But I'm so very tired Worst Song: there isnt one on the cd Best Music Video: as of now almost love... but wait i loved rangers thats to hard What or who this album makes me think of: wow more of a reflection on myself with everything in life. |

My Review:This is the best music I have ever heard. Alison's voice is amazing, and I can't get enough of it. A Fine Frenzy is now my favorite musician of all time. I haven't taken this cd out since I got it in August. __________________________________________________ Best Song:Almost Lover and Ashes and Wine Best Lyric: All of them Worst Song: Yeah right, there is nothing bad. Best Music Video:So far, Almost Lover. Hopefully there will be one for Ashes and Wine What or who this album makes me think of: It brings peace to my soul. It heals the mind of heartaches, and pain. Just amazing. |

My Review:Es ist ein neuer entdeckter Interpret für mich. (She is my newly descovered act) Ich habe inziwschen immer gerne Coldplay, U2 und Radiohead gehört. (At yet i have listen only a lot of Music from Coldplay, U2 and Radiohead) Aber neben Avril Lavigne und Snow Patrol, wurde ich auf einmal ein riesen Fan von A Fine Frenzy (Among Other Acts, for Example Avril Lavigne and Snow Patrol, i grew a big Fan from A Fine Frenzy, too) und ihrer Single "Almost Lover" (i listen to Almost Lover, and i think: Wow!) und entdeckte somit auch das Album "One Cell in a Sea", was mich sehr beeindruckt. (And now i have listen the LP "One Cell in a Sea. I was very impressed by her Album) __________________________________________________ Best Song:Almost Lover, Think of You und Whisper, sowie (and also) Lifesize...dass sind für mich bisher die Besten der Besten. (At the moment, Is this the cream of the top) Best Lyric: Ich mag ihre Fantasie und ihre Kreativität, weil ich selber damit arbeite. (I like her fantasy and her creativity, because i write with fantasy and creativity, too, A Fine Frenzy inspire me)) Welche Lyrik die Beste ist, kann ich nicht sagen, da ich noch nicht alle auf deutsch übersetzt gelesen habe. (I have no idea, wich lyrik the most beautiful is, because i have no translation for all songs, at the moment) Worst Song:Es gibt Songs an die man sich gewöhnen muss. Trotzdem sind sie am Ende nicht wirklich schlecht. My Review: It's been a while since I've listened to an album where I'm contented to just listen all the way through and not skip a song. I found myself huming along the after only a day of two of listening and I love each song in it's own special way. __________________________________________________ Best Song: Rangers Best Lyric: "is there a chance, a fragment of light at the end of the tunnel, a reason to fight" Worst Song: You're kidding right? Best Music Video: Rangers (I don't know why, but when I first saw the title, the first thinkg that came to ming was POWER RANGERS! YEAH! (...eh... random enough?) What or who this album makes me think of: When I was listening to the lyrics, I realized how talented she was with words and using them to get some point or idea across, such as, the 'we all come from the same place and therefore, there is some of me in you and you in me, so we're not so different, are we?' idea of The Minnow and the Trout. I remember how much that struck me. Every song is truely a work of art. M'kay, I know I've made plenty of typos, I'm famous for that. Ignore them please.... xD |

My Review: This is of the best cd's ive ever listened to. i seriously listen to it everyday. there's always something new i hear of like. it was even better performed in concert but i believe alison did soo wonderful on the album! Fantastic!! Best Song:umm i REALLY love "Liar,Liar", "Rangers",and "Lifesize" Best Lyric: umm pretty much the whole rangers song but more selectively "the paths have been crossed the crumbs are gone and the way and the way is lost melancholy phantoms eye our skins poisoned apples falling with the wind" Worst Song: it doesnt have one acually but i guess my least favorite would be last of days Best Music Video:rangers What or who this album makes me think of: peace |

This album is a real treasure. Her music is so, so beautiful and honest...I can relate to every song. All of the songs are about finding hope...even the sad ones, she is always so positive in her music. The lyrics are unique and beautful, very well-written. The music has a fantastical element which helps you escape your life, and enter the 'Frenzy world'. This is my favourite album ever, and I listen to it everyday. Anyone who has discovered a Fine Frenzy is really lucky.
Best Song:I love all of them, but I would have to say 'Borrowed Time', 'The Rangers' and 'Almost Lover' are my ultimate favourites.

Best Lyric: 'The Rangers' and 'Last of Days' lyrics stand out to me most.
Best Music Video: Come On, Come Out. It's so natural, and so Ali. But...I also love love love Almost Lover and the Rangers.
What or who this album makes me think of: Lots of different things...beautiful landscapes, in particular and just getting out and enjoying life.
